I'm so proud of Kim! This mother of 2 has been kicking ass. Kim started training with me 6 months ago. She hasn't been that consistent with her diet but she has been consistently training 2-3 times a week. Once a week with me where I do a combination of strength, weights and cardio training. Then she makes sure to do one hockey session per week, which is cardio and one more weights/strength training on her own. She definitely has been aware of choosing better food options and eating at better times, but I'm so excited for her to kill it even more!- JM
